How do I send flowers to Sweden from abroad?
You can send flowers to Sweden from anywhere in the world in a few minutes online. Choose a bouquet, pick a size, add extras if you like, then enter the recipient's name, full Swedish address and phone number. Select a delivery date, write your card message and pay by card or PayPal. Customers order from the US, the UK, the rest of Europe, Canada, Australia and Asia every day, and a local Swedish florist delivers by hand.
Which cities in Sweden do you deliver to?
We deliver flowers to every town in Sweden, not only the big cities. Regular destinations include Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Västerås, Örebro, Linköping and Helsingborg, along with suburbs, smaller communities and rural addresses in Norrland, Småland and beyond. Each order is passed to a florist close to the recipient, who prepares the bouquet by hand and brings it to the door.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Sweden?
No, same-day delivery is not available in Sweden. We offer next-day delivery nationwide, Monday to Saturday. Place your order before midnight Swedish time and the flowers can arrive the following delivery day. If you order on a Saturday, the earliest delivery is Monday, because there are no Sunday deliveries. For an important date, ordering a few days early is always the safest choice.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
A phone number for the recipient is required, so the florist can call ahead and arrange a good moment. If nobody answers the door, the florist may leave the bouquet with a neighbour, at the reception of an office or apartment building, or arrange a new delivery attempt. In Swedish apartment blocks with a door code, adding the code to the delivery instructions helps a lot.
Delivery days, times and dates
Do you deliver flowers in Sweden on Sundays and public holidays?
No, there are no deliveries on Sundays or on Sweden's main national public holidays, such as Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Monday, National Day on 6 June and Midsummer. The date picker on the checkout page blocks these days automatically, so you can only select dates on which a florist can actually deliver.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Flowers are delivered during the day, and an exact time cannot be guaranteed. If a time window matters, for example because the recipient works late or is only home in the morning, write it in the delivery instructions. The florist will do their best to respect it, and may call the recipient to coordinate.
How far ahead can I schedule a delivery to Sweden?
You can schedule a flower delivery to Sweden up to about three months ahead. This is useful for birthdays, anniversaries, name days or Mother's Day at the end of May, when you want everything arranged early. Your order is confirmed straight away and the florist prepares the bouquet fresh for the chosen date.
Flowers, sizes and extras
What sizes are available and what does the photo show?
Most bouquets come in three sizes: Regular, Upgraded with about 30% more flowers, and Deluxe with about 60% more. The product photo shows the Upgraded version. Regular is a lovely everyday gesture, while Deluxe makes a stronger impression for milestone birthdays, graduations or a heartfelt apology.
Can I add chocolates, a vase or other gifts?
Yes, you can add a box of chocolates, a glass vase, a plush teddy bear, a greeting card, balloons or a bottle of wine to your order. We do not sell cakes, food hampers or other gifts, only flowers and these add-ons. Every order already includes a free printed card message with your words.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the picture?
Your bouquet will closely match the picture in colours and style, but it is made by hand by a Swedish florist, so small differences are normal. If a particular flower is out of season locally, which can happen in the Swedish winter, the florist replaces it with stems of equal or higher value in the same colours and style.
Payment, prices and your order
What does delivery to Sweden cost and which currency do you use?
Delivery costs a flat USD 14.95 per order, with no extra surcharges. All prices are charged in US dollars. For convenience, the site can show approximate prices in euros and Swedish kronor, but the final charge on your card or PayPal account is made in USD.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit and debit cards through Stripe, or with PayPal. The checkout is secure and encrypted. International cards from any country are accepted, so it does not matter whether you are paying from abroad or from within Sweden.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the delivery date. After that, we handle changes on a best-effort basis: send them through the contact form with your order number. Right after ordering you receive an email confirmation with that order number, which helps us find your order quickly.
What if the flowers arrive damaged or wrong?
If the flowers arrive damaged or clearly different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Use the contact form and include your order number; replies usually come within a few hours.

When is Mother's Day in Sweden?
Mother's Day in Sweden, called Mors dag, is celebrated on the last Sunday of May, later than in many other countries. Since we do not deliver on Sundays, choose the Saturday before so the flowers arrive in time for the weekend. Do Swedes celebrate name days with flowers?
Yes, name days are a real tradition in Sweden. Each day of the Swedish calendar is linked to one or more first names, and many people mark their namnsdag with a card, a small cake at work or a bouquet.
